This track How u get down is a very rare unreleased gem. It had heavy play on The Stretch & Bobbito Show early in 95. How u get down from Redman didn't make it to his Dare Iz A Darkside Album. He uses a sample from Krs-One's Sound Of The Police, also the track features a verse from Redman's sister Roz. Enjoy!
