Pharoahe Monch - Best Of: Rarities, Features & B-Sides [Compilation]

Pharoahe Monch is amongst Hip-Hop's ELITE emcees. Quite the hip-hop enigma, he has only released three albums during the last 13 years, despite his outrageous talent on the mic. All three of his solo albums are regarded as classics, including his phenomenal 2011 effort, W.A.R. (We Are Renegades).

P Monch is well known and respected in the Old School for being one half of Organized Konfusion (with Prince Po), going all the way back to 1991. Tracks such as Stray Bullet where raps from the perspective of a ricocheting bullet have brought him much deserved acclaim and respect amongst the underground. His delivery, flow, lyricism and unique and creative wordplay are one-of-a-kind. All three Organized Konfusion albums are also regarded as classic records.

Outside of his solo albums and Organized Konfusion work, Pharoahe Monch has an impressive catalog of slept-on hits and dope features -- which is what this compilation is highlighting.
